Help with PageCarry.
Most problems can be diagnosed without sharing the page you clipped.
Before contacting support
- Try the page again after it has fully loaded.
- Check that Chrome did not block the download.
- Open PageCarry Options → Advanced → Copy diagnostic log.
The diagnostic log contains stage names, result codes and counts. It does not contain page text, page URLs or browsing history.
Contact
Email support@pagecarry.com. Include:
- your Chrome version and operating system;
- which capture mode you used: article, full page or selection;
- what you expected and what happened;
- the copied diagnostic log, if you are comfortable sharing it.
Common questions
Why is an image missing?
The source site may block image access, or the image may not have loaded before capture. PageCarry still saves the PDF and reports the failed image count.
Why does a protected browser page fail?
Chrome does not let extensions run on pages such as chrome://settings or the Chrome Web Store. This is a browser security rule.
Does PageCarry upload my page?
No. Extraction, layout and PDF creation happen on your device. Read the complete privacy policy for the limited network cases.
Is PageCarry free?
PageCarry launches with unlimited free clipping. There is no checkout or subscription in the launch version.
